We aim to make all deliveries within 7 working days of your order being cleared for process. Deliveries are made by courier on a next day delivery service once leaving the factory. All boilie orders are dispatched on the day of manufacture to ensure it arrives fresh.
We now offer a “no signature” delivery service, i.e. can be left safe, left in garage, leave with neighbour etc. Just leave your instructions in the order comments box at the checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus situation, some orders are taking a little longer to compile for shipment so please bear with us.

You will be given a courtesy call or email to inform you that your order has been dispatched and when you should expect delivery. It is then your responsibility to make arrangements for somebody to receive the delivery. Requests for your order to be left without a signature, are at your own risk, we take no responsibility should anything happen to your bait after delivery is made.
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave you a card with your consignment number and contact details for your local depot. You are then responsible for contacting the courier company to arrange a more convenient day for delivery or the collection of your goods. If by the time you receive/collect your goods, they are in an unsatisfactory condition, it is your responsibility.
If you have missed your delivery and you do not have a card or if the courier fails to deliver on time, please contact the office as soon as possible on 07958 425526 and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Please be aware, that if you do not inform us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, we accept no responsibility for the condition of you order.
If your delivery arrives externally damaged, please request that the delivery driver makes a note of your consignment being damaged, before you except and sign for it.
If your delivery arrives with internal damages, please inform us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service allows you to order online and not pay postage by collecting direct from us. Simply select 'Click & Collect' as checkout and proceed to pay online as normal. Once we have your order ready you will receive a confirmation email or telephone call that your order is ready to collect before coming to collect your order. Normal wait times will still apply for click and collect orders.
