All bait is dispatched on the day it is made to ensure it arrives fresh. you will get a call to let you know your delivery date. All deliveries are made with in 7 working days of placing your order and are delivered by courier on a next day service once leaving the factory.
We can now offer no signature delivery service i.e can be left safe in garage etc, just let us know.
You will also be given a curtosy call or email to inform you when your order will arrive. It is then your responsibility to make sure somebody is there to receive the delivery. If not, you are responsible for collection of the goods so if by the time you collect your goods they are in an unsatisfactory condition it is your responsibility. However, if the courier fails to deliver on time we will resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
