Deliver Policy
We aim to make all standard deliveries within 7 working days of receipt of your order and payment. Deliveries are only made to mainland UK.

Refund Policy

• Delivery problems, please contact Customer Services who will investigate your issue.
• Should you require a refund after a complaint has been investigated, the funds will be credited to your account.
• Customers have a seven day cooling off period after your goods are delivered, starting on the first day after the delivery of your order and if the goods are returned by the customer in good condition the customer may have a full refund.
