• You can apply for a refund of £2.99 per pot but not for your postage costs.
• Your pot must be still contain 90% of the baits to qualify for a refund.
• You must contact Kent Particles within 5 days of receiving your tester pots to qualify for a refund.
• You must first contact Kent Particles on 01202 487922 and explain your reasons for a refund before you send the products back to us.
• You will be required to send the pots back by recorded delivery to our office address.
